I’m sure you read numerous reviews, both good and bad. I don’t really know what would lead someone to think that is a scam. They’re an online postage and label printing service that does exactly what it promises and that’s helping you print labels and postage.

Despite what you may have heard, is not a scam. Here’s what their customers say about their service: reviews

My experience with

While selling online on various platforms, I relied heavily on shipping my orders using PayPal and my local postal office. There’s nothing wrong with either method until you realize that there are more convenient options available. That’s when I began searching for easier and cheaper alternatives.

That’s when I stumbled upon From that day I signed up, I never walked into my postal office ever again. I simply schedule a free carrier pickup right from my office.

The only downside for switching to was the monthly fee that I would later find would pay for itself after shipping a few packages.

Cheaper shipping and insurance rates

Their service uses commercial-based shipping rates that end up being cheaper than the rates being offers by PayPal and the postal office. It’s also more convenient so you can factor that in as well.

The discounts vary by shipping class. Here are the current commercial rate discounts for both domestic and international shipments: shipping discounts

  • Domestic discounts range from 22% to 56%; varies by shipping class.
  • International discounts range from 18% to 20%; varies by shipping class.
  • Up to 40% discount for any package insurance purchased.

Printing shipping labels allows you to print shipping labels using their free desktop software or online web account portal. Personally, I use the desktop software as their web account is time consuming – kind of like PayPal.

Here’s how a standard shipping label is going to look like: Shipping Label

The shipping information can be pasted right into the software, making it quicker than traditional typing. Shipping addresses are automatically validated and stored into your address book for future use. All shipping methods are available as well.

You’ll also be able to integrate with various other order management platforms.

Personally, I love their importing options because it eliminates common spelling errors and saves a lot of time.

Printers and labels I recommend doesn’t have any restrictions on the type of printer you can use. You can even use a basic printer with the standard printing paper.

However, to get the best results and save money, I recommend using one of the printers listed below. Personally, I started off using a DYMO Label Printer and then switched to the Zebra Thermal Printer. Both printers don’t run on ink so this alone can save you hundreds of dollars per year.

The best place to purchase and get the best deals on these printers and labels is Amazon. I’ve included the links for each product below: pricing offers three monthly plans – Pro, Premier and Enterprise. Each plan comes with a four week free trial that you can try here. The software is ridiculously easy to use so you shouldn’t have a problem learning how to use it. In the even that you get stuck on something, they have plenty of resources available on their website.

In the rare even that I had to contact customer support, my questions were always answered promptly and professionally.

The only time where their customer service performed poorly was during the cancellation process. They offered me several discounts and other deals just so that I remain a customer. pros
  1. More convenient when compared to PayPal and your local postal office.
  2. Their commercial rates will save you more money on shipping and insurance.
  3. You can schedule free package pick-ups using the software.
  4. You’ll have the option to complete all of the forms electronically (custom forms, etc.).
  5. You’ll have the option to import your orders from various platforms including eBay, Amazon, Bigcommerce, etc.
  6. Since you’ll be printing labels, you won’t have to handwrite shipping information anymore. cons
  1. If you ever cancel the service and need access to your shipping records, you’ll find out that this won’t be possible. Once you cancel your account, you’ll lose access to your account and all of your shipping records. Exporting all of your shipping records prior to cancelling is the solution for that.
  2. As of yet, their desktop software isn’t compatible with Mac users.
Is worth the investment?

If you’re running an online business and are sending packages on a consistent basis, you might want to look at a service like It’s arguably the best internet postage service and one of the cheapest too.

Here’s the bottom line. If you plan on shipping at least ten packages per week, the monthly fee is going to pay for itself very quickly. However, if you’re shipping fewer than ten packages on a weekly basis, I wouldn’t recommend
